Product statement

The hospital medical sector is a large and special industry, and hospital operating rooms, in particular, have very high requirements for air cleanliness. Clean rooms for hospital systems were firstly used in operating rooms, which reduce the risk of patients and medical staff being infected during long-term surgical procedures. As one of the important functional partitions of a hospital, the quality of clean room project has a direct impact on the treatment of patients. Clean operating rooms can be divided into the following classes according to their cleanliness: 1. Super clean operating room: the cleanliness of the operating area is class 100 and the surrounding area class 1,000. It is suitable for sterile surgeries such as burns, joint conversion, organ transplantation, brain surgery, ophthalmology, plastic surgery and heart surgery; 2. Clean operating room: the cleanliness of the operating area is class 1,000 and the surrounding area is class 10,000, suitable for sterile surgeries such as thoracic surgery, plastic, urology, hepatopancreatobiliary, bone and egg retrieval; 3. General clean operating room: the cleanliness of the operating area is class 10,000 and the surrounding area is class 100,000, suitable for general surgery, dermatology and abdominal surgery, etc.; 4. Quasi-clean operating room: air cleanliness of class 100,000, suitable for obstetrics, anorectal surgery, etc. The relative humidity in the operating room should be kept between 30% and 60%. Too high or too low humidity can affect the air quality and sterile environment. If the humidity is too high, it can easily lead to the growth of bacteria and mould; if it is too low, it can cause problems such as dry skin and static electricity for the surgeon. The temperature in the operating room should be maintained between 20°C and 25°C. Too high or too low a temperature can affect the comfort and sterile environment inside it. If the temperature is too high, it can lead to problems such as sweating and physical exertion, while if the temperature is too low, it can lead to problems such as cold hands and feet and difficulty using surgical instruments.
